Estongs Boneless Lechon Belly started in 2015. Own and Operated by Ernesto Martinez Jr. grew up in Zamoboanga City and move to Manila in Early 2009. In early years living in Manila, working as Administrative assistant in a Private company. Before working in the private sector, in 2008-2009 I was listed to be as a 2nd cook for Large vessels. A dream that was not meant to happen. So I decided to have a change in my career.
